Shipping & Pick up

We utilize Australia Post or other preferred couriers.

Yes, we offer a pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

You can select the pick-up option during checkout and we will notify you and send you the address when your order is ready for collection.

We are located at Ryde, Sydney.

No, we currently only ship within Australia.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.

If you are picking up the order on behalf of someone else, please bring a copy of their order confirmation email and a signed letter authorizing you to collect the order.

Our pick-up hours are 10:0am-8:00pm, Monday-Sunday.

Warranty

Our computer systems come with a 2 years warranty from the Date of Original Retail Purchase that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Customers can also purchase extended warranties and service plans for additional coverage.

We offer comprehensive technical support for all of our computer systems, including phone and email support, online resources, and in-store repairs.

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact our

Our team will work with the customer to diagnose the issue
and provide instructions for returning the system for repair or replacement.

If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone/mail, the customer is responsible for shipping the system to us, return shipping will be provided for free by BYB Computers.

Once we receive the system, we will diagnose the issue and
repair or replace any affected components. We will then ship the system back to the customer at no cost.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused
by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or any modifications or alterations
made to the system.

Any repairs or replacements made outside of our warranty or service plans may incur additional charges.

We take pride in the quality and performance of our computer
systems and are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

  • to cancel your service contract with us; and
  • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.

BYB Computers has a no change-of-mind refund return policy unless there is a major problem that is covered under our warranty.

Upon receiving an order, we immediately begin processing the order.

As every PC we sell is customisable (or made-to-order), this includes ordering stock, committing staffing resources, administrative work, and other related procedures, all of which represent a cost to our business.

Therefore once an order is placed we cannot accept cancellation and offer a full refund, be it for a change of mind or any other reason.

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team at as soon as possible.
