Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, we offer a pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

No, we currently only ship within Australia.

What is the warranty on your computer systems?

Our computer systems come with a 2 years warranty from the Date of Original Retail Purchase that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Customers can also purchase extended warranties and service plans for additional coverage.

We offer comprehensive technical support for all of our computer systems, including phone and email support, online resources, and in-store repairs.

How can I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact our

Our team will work with the customer to diagnose the issue
and provide instructions for returning the system for repair or replacement.

If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone/mail, the customer is responsible for shipping the system to us, return shipping will be provided for free by BYB Computers.

Once we receive the system, we will diagnose the issue and
repair or replace any affected components. We will then ship the system back to the customer at no cost.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused
by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or any modifications or alterations
made to the system.

Any repairs or replacements made outside of our warranty or service plans may incur additional charges.

systems and are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

What is your warranty obligations?

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

Upon receiving an order, we immediately begin processing the order.

As every PC we sell is customisable (or made-to-order), this includes ordering stock, committing staffing resources, administrative work, and other related procedures, all of which represent a cost to our business.

Therefore once an order is placed we cannot accept cancellation and offer a full refund, be it for a change of mind or any other reason.

What if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team at as soon as possible.
